A Menu Plan is defined as anything you want it to be. It can be a specific meal, a set of meals, one days worth of meals, or a set of days, or any period of time you determine.

If I am not satisfied with my membership, can I cancel it?

Yes. You may cancel your membership at any time by letting it expire. We have a no refund policy. This is mainly to allow us to focus on building and researching rather than backtracking in time and costs. You are welcome to a free trial which shows you all the features available before any membership subscription. You are also welcome to contact us for assistance with your membership should you have any difficulty getting started, and we will assist you.
