When shopping for your ingredients and products, be sure to read the labels. It can get overwhelming, so you may want to print this page and take it with you as a quick reference. You may be surprised to see how many foods you already have in your kitchen that contain one or more of the items listed. Don't panic. Our goal is to help you eliminate these products from your current diet, and help you find replacements that are both economical and tasty to replace them!
This is a real list I use for our family, and it's just the tip of the iceburg. As I learn more, and find ways to implement new knowledge, I will try to keep this up to date for you to know that you can remove all these things and still eat!

The items I have listed below are known to be either carcinogenic, related to obesity (increases risk for other diseases like diabetes), cause mood and emotional problems in people, or have other documented adverse side effects.
Further information regarding my research should be available as our site develops. In the meantime, PLEASE look up any (or all) of these up online (at least on Wikipedia), and find out why we are so passionate about this and pleading with you to STOP BUYING ANY PRODUCTS WITH THESE preservatives! Your dollars count!
